To mark International Human Rights Day, Frank Joyce will present “A Treatment Plan for White Nationalism” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at St. Peters Episcopal Church. Joyce, a noted Detroit activist and author, is a long-time member of the MCHR Board of Directors. He helped found People Against Racism (PAR) and has been involved with labor, anti-racist, human rights and peace initiatives and campaigns since the early 1960s.
