The MCHR Annual Dinner will be held April 14, 2018 at Marygrove College in Detroit.

U.S. House Representative Rashida Tlaib will deliver the keynote address.

MCHR will also recognize several individuals and groups for their human rights activism:
  • Lifetime Achievement Award — Sam Stark and Kae Halonen
  • Organization Award — East Michigan Environmental Council (EMEAC)
  • Youth Activist Award — Jonathon Roberts
  • Special Recognition — Colombian GM Workers
