Join MCHR OU for their next event entitled “And Still I Rise:” African Americans’ Journey from Slavery to Freedom. Professor Danquah from OU will be sharing her historical expertise on the subject. America was founded on the principles of civil liberties for all. Unfortunately, freedom was not guaranteed to all individuals.
